Founder/CEO of REALM and Broker/Owner of Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates
Julie Faupel is a recognized force in luxury real estate, known both for her production at the highest levels and for her role in shaping the future of the industry. Over the course of her career, she has earned consistent recognition among top-performing advisors and industry leaders, building a reputation for serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with discretion, sophistication, and results. Before real estate, she spent more than a decade in management and consulting for luxury hotels and small businesses—an early apprenticeship in service and standards that continues to inform how she defines luxury today.
But Julie didn't set out to build just another brokerage—she built a covenant. After co-founding Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, the largest independent real estate company in the Teton region and a two-time recipient of Christie's International Real Estate's Global Affiliate of the Year award, she saw what was missing inside the traditional system: an ecosystem designed around the intelligence, discretion, network and capabilities of the advisor without the traditional silos of luxury real estate.
That vision became REALM. Today, REALM Global Network is a curated, brand-agnostic community of more than 600 elite advisors across 40+ U.S. states and 21 countries, supported by proprietary technology, seven patents, and more than ten trademarks—with member production exceeding $50 billion in annual sales. Under Julie's leadership, the platform has been widely recognized for redefining how luxury real estate professionals collaborate and serve clients at the highest level, creating a community that cannot be easily replicated because it was never built to scale. It was built to endure.
A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Julie has authored and co-authored a series of widely circulated white papers on the future of luxury, including Intelligent Luxury: How AI Is Redefining Trust, Taste, and Timeless Value, co-authored with bestselling AI author Asha Saxena, and Residential Real Estate: Spotlight on the World's Leading Markets for the Wealthy, produced in partnership with Altrata. She is the host of Luxe Interiors + Design's Location Luxe series, spotlighting the world's most consequential luxury markets through the eyes of the advisors who shape them, and co-host of Intelligent Luxury: The Podcast, alongside Asha Saxena and Laura Monroe. She has been named to Luxury Daily's Women to Watch in Luxury, recognized by Inman as one of real estate's top luxury standouts, and named a Newsmaker by RISMedia. She is an active member of YPO, where she has served as Chair of the Global One Chapter and on multiple Chapter Executive Committees, and she has served on the Christie's International Real Estate Global Advisory Board and as past Chair of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce.
Julie's impact is deeply felt in the communities she serves. A longtime trustee of the Jackson Hole Community Foundation and Silicon Couloir, she and her husband, Matt, are Co-Challengers of Old Bill's Fun Run, Rungius members of the National Museum of Wildlife Art, sponsors of the Center for the Arts, and independent investors in a range of early-stage ventures—a reflection of their shared belief that success in luxury is not only measured by transactions, but by contribution. At the core of everything she has built is a principle she first understood as a practitioner: the client experience is only ever as sophisticated as the advisor behind it.
